After setup of the QuickBooks™ software and instructional training a business owner can begin to understand the process. Klinger introduced to attendees a training schedule which outlined the major categories of QuickBooks™.

The software, which was designed and developed to save time and have accurate reporting for all sorts of companies, allows the user to manage files or modules to keep track of customers, vendors, employees, payroll and even sales taxes. The software is flexible enough to allow users to set individual company preferences and even user preferences.

The archive system in the software also makes it easier for a business to find older information at a client’s request.

Klinger shared that as current year’s version of the software are soon to be replaced by the upcoming version the older versions are available online and updates can be made to older versions.

Klinger explained that small businesses are served well with the Premier version and larger firms with the Enterprise version, in either case it is an innovative approach to conducting business in 2014 and ahead.
