The ladies at the Los Fresnos Memorial Park and I are very excited about the upcoming Boots on the Ground Mud Run and Obstacle course event happening on Sat Nov 8th! The event will feature a 5k and a 10k Mud Run with over 20 different Obstacles for adults and a One Mile Run plus Obstacle Course for Kids 13 and under!
To prepare ourselves for this upcoming challenge the ladies at the Los Fresnos Memorial Park exercise Mon-Fri rain or shine. These exercise classes are free for everyone and are not only for those looking to prepare for an event. We invite you to join us in keeping fit and healthy! For more info on our class schedule please call Christine De La Rosa at 956-407-3348.
We’d also like to invite you to join our Boots on the Ground group, The Los Fresnos Fitness Warriors. This group is for adults and children. Register with our group name and take $5 off the cost of your admission.
The Boots on the Ground Mud Run is dedicated to honoring those who have served our country and fought for our freedom. Proceeds from the Boots on the Ground Mud Run will go towards building a Veterans Memorial in the City of Los Fresnos.
