When did you start playing baseball?<\/strong>
I started my baseball journey at 4 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What position do you play?<\/strong>
I play in the outfield and I pitch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you like most about baseball?<\/strong>
I like the fact that it doesn’t take a certain physical build to play, so anyone can play.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the strongest part of your game?<\/strong>
I think the strongest part of my game is my hustle and selflessness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you play any other sports?<\/strong>
I used to play football.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you could only play one sport, which would it be?<\/strong>
I would only play baseball, obviously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are you currently doing to stay active?<\/strong>
I work out in my garage to stay in shape, and I find a way to practice my pitching and hitting with someone or by myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who is your favorite professional athlete?<\/strong>
That would have to be Bryce Harper. I have been a big fan of his ever since he came up to the bigs in 2012. I even have his cleats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite sports team?<\/strong>
I have been an Astros fan since they donned the pinstripes back in the early 2000s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite food?<\/strong>
I love all Mexican food except menudo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite movie?<\/strong>
My favorite movie has to be \u201cMajor League\u201d with Charlie Sheen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite book?<\/strong>
My favorite book is \u201cFahrenheit 451.\u201d (By Ray Bradbury)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you could live in any city in the world, where would that be?<\/strong>
I would love to live in The Woodlands in Houston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you could have dinner with a famous person, past or present, who would that be?<\/strong>
I would have dinner with Hank Aaron and talk about hitting and how he was so good for so long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is the best live concert you’ve ever seen?<\/strong>
I\u2019ve never been to a concert<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is something most people don’t know about you?<\/strong>
My curveball is filthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is your favorite subject in school?<\/strong>
My favorite subject is science, especially physics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I plan on going to the University of Texas at Austin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What do you want to major in?<\/strong>
I am going to major in mechanical engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What would you like to do in the future?<\/strong>
I have an idea to make car engines that will be significantly more fuel efficient than they are now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Talk a little bit about what it’s been like having to endure this break.<\/strong>
For me, this break feels like an extension of summer but without doing all the fun stuff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IF the entire season is forced to be cancelled, how would that make you feel?<\/strong>
It would be heartbreaking because everybody in our locker room has had one goal in mind since Aug. 13 (when school began): Advancing deep into the playoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have you learned anything from having to deal with this unprecedented experience?<\/strong>
I have learned to manage my time well so I\u2019m on top of my grades, but, most importantly, I\u2019ve learned not to take what God blesses you with for granted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
