Spring is in the air, and Easter is just around the corner at Big Red\u2019s Ranch! This beautiful ranch, located in the heart of the R.G.V., offers a wide range of camp opportunities and scholarships for kids with the help of volunteers, Big Red’s Founders (monthly donors), and camp sponsors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


As someone who grew up in the R.G.V., Big Red’s Ranch knows how important it is for kids to have access to outdoor activities, and they strive to provide this opportunity for as many kids as possible each year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


During the Easter festivities, visitors can participate in multiple Easter egg hunt options, including hunting in their fields or through the trees. They can also enjoy a variety of other activities, such as riding a pony, holding baby chicks, petting a baby goat, bashing a car with a sledgehammer, playing bazooka ball, taking a hayride through Easter eggs, getting lost in a maze through trees, taking photos with the Easter Bunny, and finding many other photo spots to ensure their memories last a lifetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Big Red’s Ranch ensures everyone has a great experience by controlling the size of the crowds. They sometimes sell out, so it’s recommended to buy tickets online. This year, they have three different options for Easter egg hunts. They have two trails where one family at a time can hunt for eggs hidden by volunteers. The third option is a giant egg hunt in their open field in the middle of the ranch, where they will have it roped off by age group and host games while families are waiting for the hunt to begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The admission price includes various activities, such as petting zoos, gaga ball, car bash, golf cart driving, fruit slingshot, food vendors, artisan vendors, a tree maze, carnival swing, and hayrides through the ranch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


This year, Big Red’s Ranch is proud to feature ten local artisan vendors at their market, offering the most extensive variety of food they have ever had. Visitors can enjoy brisket, kettle corn, elotes, funnel cakes, and more to satisfy their appetites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Easter events at the ranch will be held on March 9th, March 16th, March 23rd, and March 24th. Online tickets cost $10 per adult or child aged two and above. The cost at the gate is $12 per adult or child aged two and above, and payment is cash only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
