Greetings to all the parents in the community! Are you looking for a fantastic and healthy summer program for your kids? Look no further than the Kids Fit Camp, and you’ll be thrilled to know it’s absolutely free of charge! A warm invitation is extended to all children in the community aged 7 and up to take part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Join the Your Health Matters- City of Los Fresnos Fit Camp, where your kids will experience a summer filled with fun and fitness! Their program is meticulously designed to keep children active and healthy in an engaging, supportive, and safe environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the Kids Fit Camp, your children will have the opportunity to learn valuable lessons in leadership skills, teamwork, self-confidence, the importance of hard work and determination, patience, and the sheer enjoyment of outdoor activities!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Don’t forget to come prepared with some important items such as water, sunblock, a cap or hat to shield from the sun, and if your child is allergic to bugs, please pack some bug spray. Encourage your children to wear comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for physical activities. Be assured that in the event of any changes due to weather, parents will be promptly informed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The camp is scheduled to take place from July 22nd to August 1st at Los Fresnos Memorial Park, located at 900 N. Arroyo. Sessions will be conducted on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 9-10 a.m. and also on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8 p.m. For further information, please feel free to reach out to Christine Martinez at 956-312-1406.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su programa est\u00e1 meticulosamente dise\u00f1ado para mantener a los ni\u00f1os activos y saludables en un ambiente atractivo, de apoyo y seguro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


A lo largo del Kids Fit Camp, sus hijos tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de aprender valiosas lecciones sobre habilidades de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, confianza en s\u00ed mismos, la importancia del trabajo duro y la determinaci\u00f3n, la paciencia y el puro disfrute de las actividades al aire libre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


No olvide venir preparado con algunos art\u00edculos importantes como agua, bloqueador solar, una gorra o sombrero para protegerse del sol, y si su hijo es al\u00e9rgico a los insectos, lleve un repelente de insectos. Anime a sus hijos a usar ropa c\u00f3moda y calzado adecuado para actividades f\u00edsicas. Tenga la seguridad de que en caso de cualquier cambio debido al clima, los padres ser\u00e1n informados de inmediato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


El campamento est\u00e1 programado para llevarse a cabo del 22 de julio al 1 de agosto en Los Fresnos Memorial Park, ubicado en 900 N. Arroyo. Las sesiones se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los lunes y mi\u00e9rcoles por la ma\u00f1ana de 9 a 10 a. m. y tambi\u00e9n los martes y jueves por la noche de 7 a 8 p. m.
