For many of us consuming that amount is challenging. What do you do when your family doesn\u2019t like fruits and vegetables? You disguise them!<\/p>\n<p>Zucchini Muffins are made with whole wheat, vegetables and are lightly sweetened. This is a perfect side dish to add to any meal and one that is loaded with heart healthy ingredients. Add the vanilla, sugar and oil.
