The superior rating marked the eighth consecutive year that LFHS has received a Division I rating.<\/p>\n<p>All eight of the schools competing in the Pigskin Class 6A received Division I ratings.<\/p>\n<p>The top four schools at Area G will qualify for the UIL Class 6A State Marching Contest November 9 at the Alamodome in San Antonio.<\/p>\n<p>LFHS performed its production entitled \u201cPower &amp; Grace.\u201d The show showcases Tchaikovsky\u2019s \u201cSwan Lake\u201d and Stravinsky\u2019s \u201cFirebird.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Los Fresnos High School Marching Band received a Superior rating at the 74th Annual Pigskin Jubilee Saturday at Boggus Stadium in Harlingen.
