Whipple Memorial Library has awarded Miss Natalie Stelling with the 2017 Scholarship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">To be eligable for the scholarship applicants had to volunteer at the library in some capacity for a period of time during his or her high school career, be a senior scheduled to graduate in May of the applicable year, maintain a 2.7 GPA or higher.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In addition, applicants had to be UIL eligible at the time the application was submitted, as well as when the scholarship was awarded and planning to attend a two- or four-year accredited institution in the summer or fall of the applicable year.
