Summer School Begins around Los Fresnos CISD

The Los Fresnos CISD Summer School program began Thursday, June 6 at several campuses around the district.
Elementary students will attend programs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch, while secondary students will attend from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch. Breakfast and lunch will provided.
Transportation will also be provided to and from homes and schools.
Most programs will be taking place at Los Fresnos United Ninth Grade campus, Resaca Middle School, and Dora Romero Elementary School.

- Bilingual Program Pre-K and Kinder: Dora Romero Elementary, June 6-July 3
- Elementary Academic Remediation Program 1-4: Dora Romero Elementary, June 6-July 3
- Middle School Academic Remediation Program 6-7: Resaca Middle School, June 6-July 3
- Student Success Initiative Grade 5: Dora Romero Elementary, June 6-26
- Student Success Initiative Grade 8: Resaca Middle School, June 6-26
- ESL program for middle schools and high schools: Resaca Middle School, June 6-July 3
- LFU and LFHS Academic Program for Credit Retrieval Grades 9-12: Los Fresnos United, June 6-July 3
- LFU, LFHS, CCTA End of Course STAAR and TAKS Prep: Los Fresnos United and CCTA, June 10-July 3
- AMI: AMI Campus, June 6-July 3
- Gifted and Talented Grades K-4: LFHS, June 24-27
