Boy Scout Troop 61 and the City of Los Fresnos Hold 9/11 Memorial Vigil

On Thursday, September 10, 2015 at 7:30 PM Area youth groups such as Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Civil Air Patrol, and Junior ROTC participated in a memorial vigil at the Los Fresnos Memorial Park located on FM 1847 across from Los Fresnos High School. The vigil was led by Scout Master, Terence Schraut. Texas Secretary of State, Carlos Cascos among other local officials from the valley were present to speak at the event. The event was held in remembrance of those who perished on that fateful day in September of 2001 and in honor of the many service men and women involved.
