The Auto Collision Technology Program from the TSTC Harlingen Campus was not racing cars or repairing them on Saturday, October 10, 2015, however they were certainly in high gear as they prepared approximately 800 chicken plates between the hours of 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for their Auto Body Club fundraiser. The fundraiser was held at the Boys & Girls Club parking lot located on Washington St. in Harlingen and orders were readied for pick up and even delivered as far as Brownsville and La Feria. Known for their excelling fundraising efforts the Auto Collision program, headed by TSTC Instructor Jose Vasquez, is currently taking orders for their next fundraiser – boxes of a dozen Krispy Kreme glazed donuts for $10 each. To place an order before the November 20 deadline contact the Auto Collision Technology program office.
