Old Fashioned Ice Cream Parlor New Feature to Popular Local Restaurant

Los Fresnos has enjoyed Julia’s Mexican cuisine for 25 years as Julia’s Restaurant has become a mainstay for many local residents, as well as newcomers and visitors to Los Fresnos.
Now, in 2016, Julia’s is proud to welcome it’s newest addition – The Scoop at Julia’s.
Mrs. Julia Mancilla, owner and operator of Julia’s, decided to also open an old fashioned styled ice cream parlor offering eight flavored ice creams.
The new section of the restaurant will also feature malts, shakes, cappuccino and flavored coffees. Julia hopes this new addition will provide a new and nostalgic experience that everyone can enjoy and thanks the Los Fresnos community for 25 successful years.
