Corpus Christi and Surrounding Areas are Without WATER – They need our HELP
- Updated: December 15, 2016
Special to Los Fresnos News
As you all have probably heard, the City of Corpus Christi and surrounding cities are without any kind of water due to a dangerous chemical in their water supply. City officials have advised their residents not to use tap water for normal activities such as bathing, brushing teeth, washing clothes and washing foods, etc.
SafeRide Driving Academy is currently taking water donations and will transport them with our truck and trailer and donate them to their residents. We will gladly take any amount of water you wish to donate; water jugs and bottled water. Note:- No monetary donations will be accepted.
The SafeRide Truck will be parked at the south end of the Walmart Parking Lot in Los Fresnos from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm tomorrow Friday and Saturday. Please donate.
Together we can help our fellow Texans who are in desperate need of water.
We will leave for Corpus Christi on Monday Dec. 19 to deliver the water.
Note:
–We only ask for WATER DONATIONS.
–For more call 956-346-2431 or stop by at SafeRide, 32412 Hwy 100, Suite E, Los Fresnos, Texas.
