Banana Pineapple Nut Bread

We all experience a craving for something sweet every once in a while. Having a handful of healthy recipes to choose from that will satisfy our craving without sending us off the healthy wagon is a great way to keep us on track. This easy to make Banana Pineapple Nut Bread recipe is one to add to your list!
Ingredients
Serving 8
1 ½ cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/8 ounce sugar-free instant banana cream pudding mix
1 Teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ cups of chopped pecans
1/3 cup mashed bananas
1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
¼ cup fat-free sour cream
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Spray a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan with pam cooking spray
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, dry pudding mix,
baking powder and baking soda.
4. Stir in pecans.
5. In a small bowl, combine banana, undrained pineapple
and sour cream.
6. Add banana mixture to the flour mixture.
7. Mix until well blended.
8. Pour batter into loaf pan.
9. Bake for 55-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
10. Place loaf pan on a wire rack and let set for 5 minutes.
11. Calories are based on 1/8 of a loaf.
