Mayor Polo Narvaez, the Chamber of Commerce, and friends and family gathered with owners Lupita Gomez of Hopes & Dreams Collectibles and Juan Pablo Gomez of J Paulus Portrait Photograpy on Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the corner of Highway 100 and Arroyo Boulevard to celebrate a ribbon cutting ceremony for their new businesses Hopes & Dreams Collectibles and J Paulus Portrait Photography.
Those attending enjoyed snacks, drinks, and special offers. Hopes & Dreams offers 15% off to shoppers that are 55 and older every Tuesday and J Paulus Photography is currently offering a Graduation portrait package valued at $39.99.
