The City of Los Fresnos swore in a new Chief of Police on Tuesday, June 20th.
Chief Hector Gonzalez brings more than 25 years of experience to his new position as Los Frenos chief and is proud to serve his community.
Before working for Los Fresnos, Gonzalez worked for the Rancho Viejo Police Department and for the Cameron County Constables Office.
Gonzalez brings with him experience that runs the gamut from dispatch to patrol and has plans to further expand the LFPD’s training and resources as well as their outreach to the community.
Congratulations Chief Gonzalez!
