Luxury Townhouses Going Quickly
- Updated: April 6, 2018
Apartment complex nearly 100 percent full

The first upscale complex of townhouses on east side of the city has a few units available but don’t wait too long.
That’s because the complex’s three buildings are about to reach a 100-percent occupancy rate.
Called The Village at The Lakes, each townhouse rents from $760 to $795 a month.
Cindy Garcia, a company employee, said only four of the 36 units are up for grabs.
Each section has 12 units.
According to company flyer, each townhouse has two bedrooms, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, customs cabinets and wood floors, among other things.
It’s generally believed that finding rental units or houses is a hard task in small-sized communities like Los Fresnos. As soon as they are available they are gone.
The Village at The Lakes is an example of that.
