Sixteen Los Fresnos CISD teachers have been named Teachers of the Year at the campus level for 2012-13

Of the seven secondary and nine elementary teachers, one secondary and one elementary teacher will be named Los Fresnos CISD Teachers of the Year at the Employee Banquet at 6 p.m. May 17 at Los Fresnos United campus. The district Paraprofessional of the Year and Manual Trades Employee of the Year will also be named at the banquet. Seventeen Los Fresnos CISD retirees will also be recognized, as well as employees who have reached 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of service.

Garza, Secondary; Jane Gonzalez, Elementary, 2008: Marietta Richardson, Secondary; Aracely Sanchez, Elementary.
