A Big Congratulations! to our Mighty Los Fresnos Boys and Girls Swimming and Diving Teams on their La Copa Laredo Swimming and Diving Championship Success.
During the 11-dive competition the dynamic duo of Diego Viera and Chanty Sparks put points on the board with some impressive diving. High lights for the Lady Falcons were the exciting 200 Medley and 200 Freestyle relays where our ladies rallied together to win Gold in both relays. Members include Ariana Mancillas, Anahi Garrido, Jada Ashford and Angela Reynolds. Senior Arianna Mancillas also won gold in the 200 Individual Medley and Bronze in the 500-yard freestyle. Senior Jada Ashford continued her swimming dominance by earning Gold Medals in the 100 Butterfly and 100 Breaststroke, which she holds the Laredo pool record. Our Falcons swam smart and hard to defend their La Copa Laredo Swimming and Diving Champion. It was a total team effort Team Members include: Jonas Apacible, Daniel Canales, Daniel Castro, Robert Chavez, John Fonseca, Diego Gamez, Jordan Gonzalez, Noah Gutierrez, Ivan Leija, Joannes Luna, Diego Moreno, Carmine Navarro, Cristian Ramirez, Christopher Reynolds, Sebastian Salcedo, Thomas Sanchez, Chantry Sparks, Diego Viera and Anthony Walker.
