McDonalds to begin construction and Walmart waiting in the wings
The Los Fresnos Area Chamber of Commerce held a Business and Leadership Mixer on Thursday June 20 at Casa Los Ebanos.
The mixers encourage networking with commercial and industrial property owners, retail businesses, community leaders and financial leaders.
City Manager Mark Milum shared news affecting the Los Fresnos Marketplace.

“McDonalds restaurant will begin construction within 30 days and Walmart has made a committment that they are coming to Los Fresnos in the future,” commented Milum.

LFCISD Superintendent Gonzalo Salazar said that Los Fresnos United was under renovations this summer and would become a second high school in the community when the need warranted.
Complimentary drinks and horsd’oeuvres were served to the attendees.
