Children’s Fun Day Set for Aug. 16

First 75 Children Receive Free School Supplies
A Children’s Fun Day and Back to School Bash will be held at the Ethel L. Whipple Memorial Library and Community Park in Los Fresnos on August 16 from 1-4 p.m.
The first 75 children will receive free gifts, school supplies and book bags.
Other events include registration for the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, book readings, games, and snacks.
Sponsors of the project include Workforce Solutions Cameron, the City of Los Fresnos and the United Way.
