Did you know that you have access to Free exercise classes at the Los Fresnos Memorial Park Mon-Fri at 8:30 am?
As the City’s Community Health Worker I’d like to invite you to come take part in our Free exercise classes! Come out and meet the variety of instructors that volunteer on a daily basis to encourage our community to better health!
