Start off the New Year with a 21Day Healthier Eating Challenge!
- Updated: January 16, 2015
It’s simple; there are 5 rules (5 minimum, 8 to 10 maximum).
For example for 21 days I plan to follow these five rules:
- NO soda or sugared drinks, WATER ONLY.
- No breads or flour tortillas (that means no chips either).
- Eat at least 3 to 4 servings of veggies and fruits a day.
- No Fried Food.
- No eating after 7pm.
Now these are my rules but everyone is welcome to work on their own and personalize their 21 Day Challenge. Only you know where you indulge and where you should cut back or cut out. This is not a one challenge fits all.
Nothing like the New Year to ditch the bad and work toward a better healthier you!
Invite your family and friends to join the challenge with you, once 21 days have passed we should have eliminated some bad habits and picked up some good eating habits too.
