Grand Opening Brings New Business to Los Fresnos
- Updated: July 29, 2016
Last week Los Fresnos welcomed another new business to the Los Fresnos business community – Dollar Tree.
On Thursday July 21, 2016, Dollar Tree hosted their grand opening which was scheduled to last all day.
Dollar Tree now occupies the building which formerly housed Family Dollar. This change comes after Dollar Tree bought out Familly Dollar back in 2014 making it one company.
According to a USA Today report Family Dollar had been struggling and announced it would actually close some stores. Los Fresnos welcomes the change and many residents attended the grand opening and made purchases. There were balloons and gifts for children also. Recently Los Fresnos has seen a growth in new businesses opening and some businesses re-opening.
