Elva’s Restaurant Cuts Ribbon for New Location

On Friday, August 19, 2016 Elva’s Restaurant celebrated their ribbon cutting ceremony at their new location at The Village at the Lakes located at 680 East Ocean Boulevard. From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. a large crowd enjoyed free hamburgers, nachos, mangonadas, tamales, and menudo. Elva’s Restaurant also served free aguas frescas, sodas, and refrescos! There was even a raffle where a lucky winner walked away with a brand new bicycle. Also given away were 6 gift cards worth $20 each and 3 Elva’s gift certificates worth $20 each.
