Los Fresnos High School FFA students are recruiting Los Fresnos CISD 5th grade students to gauge their interest in agriculture.
LFHS FFA sponsor Edna Sanchez is visiting all nine elementary schools over a three-day period, bringing FFA students with her to talk to the elementary students.
On Thursday, August 31st, the FFA students brought a heifer and goat with them to Rancho Verde, Olmito and Villareal Elementary schools to pique the students’ interests.
FFA students in Los Fresnos CISD span from the elementary level to high school. The FFA competes in several shows in the spring semester.
