Los Fresnos 4H Club Wins Big at Sonny Brazil Stock Show

Corbin Cruz, a Los Fresnos High School senior took home Grand Champion of Show and Caitlynn Cruz, a sophomore at Los Fresnos United won Reserve Grand Champion of Show and Champion Showman of Show, both in the market hog division. Eddie Cruz, 4H Club Leader/Manager
Despite fierce competition at the 2018 Sonny Brazil Livestock Show held in San Benito the Los Fresnos 4H Club had a couple of very big winners. Corbin Cruz, a Los Fresnos High School senior took home Grand Champion of Show and Caitlynn Cruz, a sophomore at Los Fresnos United won Reserve Grand Champion of Show and Champion Showman of Show, both in the market hog divisions.
“The members have had a great year. There were about 200 entries and FFA students from as far as Roma” stated Eddie Crus, 4H Leader and manager.
“We are hoping to represent Los Fresnos and our club well at the show here in Los Fresnos as well as at the RGV Livestock Show in March” added Cruz. Congratulations Corbin, Caitlynn and the Los Fresnos 4H Club!
