Back-to-School Nights Scheduled Aug. 28-30

All 14 Los Fresnos CISD schools will hold Back-to-School nights Aug. 28-30.
Back-to-School Nights are intended for parents to visit the schools of their children, meet their new teachers for the 2017-18 school year, and to learn about the academic expectations for the coming year.
Back-to-School Nights will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on the following dates:
Los Fresnos High School (grades 11-12) and Los Fresnos United (Grades 9-10): Monday, Aug. 28
Elementary schools: Tuesday, Aug. 29
Middle schools: Wednesday, Aug. 30
Parent Academic Conferences – intended to review academic progress for students – are scheduled in the afternoon of Friday, Oct. 20, after the first nine-week marking period. Early dismissal is scheduled for district students that day so that parents can meet with teachers that afternoon.
