Road Work Update
- Updated: February 12, 2023

TxDot Update From City Manager, Mark Milum:
Sidewalks along the repaving area will be done early next week. Concrete barriers will be removed early next week. Temporary striping will happen by Wednesday and the road will be completely open by Thursday.
The week after the rodeo TxDot will begin the area around the railroad crossing and a block each way. They will also fix the 2 regions damaged by the rain and redo the base. They will install the sidewalk from the beginning of the rodeo grounds to the City Hall building; fixing any other areas of need.
In April they will put the last layer of asphalt on the entire project and put striping.
