Interact sponsor Luis Gonzalez shares, “We were allowed to pin Los Fresnos Interact Club during Breakfast on the main stage in front of the whole conference.” Gonzalez Thanked the National Youth Leadership Council for “this great gesture.”

Los Fresnos Interact Facebook group posted on April 4, “2 Los Fresnos Interact Club members and Rotary Club of Los Fresnos representatives had the opportunity to present their Lightning Talk and get pinned by Lauren Nicole Fields, Programs for Young Leaders Coordinator for Rotary International Headquarters.
They had the pleasure to present to Former US Congressman Mr. Brian Baird founder and chair of the National Museum and Center for Service these students did an amazing job presenting. The National Youth Leadership Council Topic was “How a strong Rotary and Interact Partnership is beneficial To all concerned”.

Interact’s Facebook page posts, “Rotarians across the country came to listen to our Los Fresnos Interact Club speak at the round table lighting talks. R2L fellow Rotarians: Dr. Sandra Gomez Ventura, Ms. JoAnna Arnold, Service Learning Coordinator at Georgia Southwestern State University and World Languages Advisor at Furlow Charter School – creator and organizer of Colors of Peace Symposium, and Mrs. Lauren Nicole Fields, Programs for Young Leaders Coordinator at Rotary International”
