Los Fresnos, Texas— As the anticipation for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year builds, Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (CISD) has been diligently laying the groundwork for a successful academic term. Welcoming a cadre of 37 new educators to the district, the recently concluded New Teacher Academy was an essential component of this preparation. Essentially this was back-to-school readiness for teachers old and new to kickstart the 2023-24 school year.
Taking place during the initial week of August, the three-day New Teacher Academy provided these educators with a comprehensive orientation.
