Los Fresnos News
Over the Holiday Break, the Los Fresnos Falcons Basketball team competed in two big matchups in Non-District Play.
The Falcons faced off against Laredo United South in a battle between two tough teams. The Falcons and Panthers dueled back and forth throughout the matchup. Ultimately, United South was able to pull away and won 73-63.
Looking to bounce back, the Falcons then faced off against PSJA High. The Falcons, who fell short to United, failed to do the same as Los Fresnos took control from the start and never looked back as Los Fresnos would win in dominant fashion 86-30.
Now 19-6 in non-district, the Falcons will continue to prepare for District play which begins January 12 against Brownsville Hanna.
