Los Fresnos CISD
The Los Fresnos CISD Board of Trustees meeting for the month of April was held last week on April 15th.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Ximena Chumacero and Jacqueline Ordonez from Olmito Elementary School and Lucia Esparza from Rancho Verde Elementary.
The Los Fresnos High School Falcon Athletics and Organizations that were recognized include the following:
Varsity Soccer – Boys Soccer – Bi-district Qualifiers; Girls Soccer – Area Qualifiers
Powerlifting – Girls – 8th consecutive team THSPA State Title; Boys – Individual State Qualifiers
Mariachi Nuevo Halcon – Third place at the TAME State competition
Los Fresnos HS FFA – Recognizing a strong season with winners in multiple categories at various shows.
