City of Los Fresnos 2024 Independence Day Celebration Sparks Patriotic Spirit

On July 3, 2024, Mayor Alejandro Flores will kick off the City’s Annual Independence Day Celebration at 6:00 PM at the Los Fresnos Memorial Park. Rev. Chad Bresson will lead the Invocation shortly before the Posting of the Colors by Boy Scout Troop 61. After the Pledge of Allegiance and National Anthem, honorable guest, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez, will share some words regarding our Independence.
The Fourth of July – also known as Independence Day or July 4th – has been a federal holiday in the United States since 1941. From 1776 to present day, the Fourth of July has been celebrated as the birth of American Independence, with various festivities such as fireworks, family gatherings, barbecues, and more! Join The City of Los Fresnos, The Chamber of Commerce, and The Boys & Girls Club this July 3rd, to celebrate our Independence! The City’s excellent firework show will begin at 9:00 PM.
