Los Fresnos United Fish Camp Scheduled Aug. 16
- Updated: August 9, 2013
Los Fresnos United will hold its Fish Camp for incoming freshman students Friday, Aug. 16, at the school.
Two sessions will be offered. Students whose last names start from A to L will meet from 9-11 a.m. Students whose last names start with M to Z will meet from 1-3 p.m.
“Fish Camp is a great opportunity for students to learn about LFU and help make the transition to high school,” LFU principal Jennifer Stumbaugh said. “They will get their schedule, hear about each content areas expectation and learn about ways to get involved in school clubs and organizations. We hope that all of our incoming freshman will take advantage of this exciting event.”
New student registration at LFU will be held from 8-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. from Monday, Aug. 12 to Friday, Aug. 15.
