Your Back to School Schedule

It’s that time of year again, It’s back to school time for the kids!
With the kids off to school what is a parent to do with their free time? I invite you to take 30 minutes to an hour of your day on improving your health by taking part in our Free Exercise Classes+!
Classes are Monday through Friday beginning at 8:30am. All classes are Free, open to the community, and are taught by licensed instructors.
Monday: Zumba In the Circuit – ZIC is a combination of Zumba and Core training. (Exercise mats are encouraged)
Tuesday: Tabata Tuesday – Tabata training is a High Intensity Interval workout . (Exercise mats are encouraged)
Wednesday: Total Body Workout – This is a Body Sculpting class, we target all major muscle groups by using either our own body weight or by using free weights. (A pair of dumbbells and an Exercise mat are encouraged)
Thursday: Boot Camp – Boot Camp is a High Intensity Cardio workout. (Exercise mats are encouraged)
Friday: Zumba – This is a 45-1 full hour Zumba class. (No equipment needed)
Our class schedule is based on the recommendation from the American Heart Association. The American Heart Association recommends 30 minutes of exercise a day, five times a week.
