Los Fresnos Area Chamber of Commerce locks arms with Lower Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Executive Director of the Los Fresnos Area Chamber of Commerce, Val Champion, exchanged membership agreements with Executive Director of the Lower Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Tony Gutierrez, on Wednesday, December 3, 2014. The Los Fresnos Chamber shares a common goal with the LVHCC as a dynamic growth and business-oriented organization committed to the promotion of the Los Fresnos area while the Lower Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is focused on the growth of its members to promote, progress and provide opportunities to expand business in the Lower Valley. Uniting with the LVHCC will provide access to workshops and other programs for businesses, small or large, through networking that may not have been easily available without the partnership. It will also mean that the Los Fresnos area will be represented by a larger entity comprised of other area Chambers throughout the Lower Valley. This representation will be a give an advantage to its members when it comes to decisions made regarding economic development that may affect their communities and businesses.
