Bailey Miller Named 2015 Texas International Fishing Tournament Hostess
- Updated: March 13, 2015

Bailey Miller is currently a sophomore at Texas A & M University, majoring in business with a minor in communication.
A big TIFT congratulations goes out to twenty-year-old Bailey Miller of Harlingen. Bailey has been named the official 2015 Texas International Fishing Tournament hostess.
The daughter of James and Becky Miller of Harlingen, Bailey is currently a sophomore at Texas A & M University, majoring in business with a minor in communication. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. Pi Beta Phi’s philanthropic focus is literacy. Bailey puts this focus into practice by working with children at elementary schools and at the Barbara Bush Parent Center in College Station. Because of her selection as the 76th TIFT hostess, Bailey will receive a $2000 scholarship toward her continued studies at Texas A & M.
Bailey’s family has a long history with TIFT. She is a fourth generation angler and grew up with the dream of one day being named TIFT hostess. Bailey has volunteered for all TIFT activities, from Playday to the dock and everything in-between. Over the years, she has made lifelong friends through her involvement with TIFT, and her experiences volunteering at the tournament have taught her the importance of giving back to the community. For Bailey, paying it forward is as much a way of life as being a part of TIFT is.
The TIFT board of directors know Bailey’s energy and enthusiams will be evident throughout the 76th annual fishing tournament.
