Bikers For Christ members John Peacock and Gary Snyder visited the City Council meeting on April 14, 2015 to promote Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Month. Mr. Peacock also enlightened the council that their group is involved in much more than just motorcycles though. The group also organizes events such as fishing tournaments and actively participates in a prison ministry in which more than 250 participants go to minister in the prison systems. “We want them to know they have a second chance” said Peacock. After also discussing the group’s efforts to educate the public on motorcycle safety and awareness the City of Los Fresnos issued a proclamation proclaiming the month of May 2015 as Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Month.
