Board Hears High School Allotment; Hires 4 Teachers

Leading the Pledge of Allegiance to begin the meeting were four students from elementary schools. Pictured are (left to right) Valeria Garcia and Melissa Jaramillo from Lopez-Riggins Elementary, and Esai Martinez and Mireya Rodriguez from Las Yescas Elementary School.
Four teachers were approved by the Board of Trustees at their regular meeting Monday.
Trustees also heard presentations about the 2015-16 High School Allotment, which is used to fund college awareness initiatives.
