Los Fresnos High School Class of 2015 will graduate at Commencement at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at Leo Aguilar Memorial Stadium.The number of candidates for graduation in the Class of 2014 is 620, including students who met requirements for graduation in December and March.

Saturday’s ceremony will mark the second straight year that the graduates will be seated in middle of the field facing the south end of the stadium.

To accommodate the expected large crowd of about more than 6,000, both sides of bleachers at the stadium will be used again. The stage will be by the football south end zone with the video scoreboard on the stadium’s south end serving as a backdrop to the stage.

Students ranked among the top 10 academically will take care of the speaking roles during the ceremony.

They include:

  • Presentation of Platform Guests: Quoc Truong
  • Reflections: Peyton Sales
  • Challenge: Audrey Urbis
  • Class Poem: Sierra Garcia
  • Aspirations: Brianna Garcia
  • Appreciation: Sergio Montoya
  • Farewell: Whitney Ortiz
  • Alma Mater: Ashley Mares

The public is invited to attend. Parents and family members will be allowed on the field after the ceremony has concluded.
