Milum shared that they would look into some possible decorations for the City Park, Library, and other places more west of City Hall. In total the Large life-size sled and Holiday Stocking will cost the City $13,801 with shipping included, which alone is $1,450 But something Milum says the City says should be a great thing for some change up.
