The Los Fresnos Lady Falcons are back in the 2023 UIL Class 6A Softball State Playoffs.
After going 7-3 in the 32-6A regular season. Los Fresnos will go up against the two seed of 31-6A, the Edinburg Lady Bobcats.
During the regular season, The Lady Falcons picked up multiple big wins throughout the course of 32-6A play. The Lady Falcons defeated Weslaco, Brownsville Hanna, Brownsville River and Harlingen. The Lady Falcon’s lone three losses in 32-6A included a sweep by San Benito and a loss to Weslaco.
Representing 32-6A in the postseason are San Benito, Weslaco, and Harlingen, while Los Fresnos sits in the three spots.
Last season, Los Fresnos fell in the Area Round of the postseason. In last season’s Bi-District Round, Los Fresnos swept and took down the Mission Lady Eagles. With the Edinburg Lady Bobcats on the horizon, Los Fresnos looks ready to go.
