Los Fresnos Volleyball halfway with 32-6A

The Los Fresnos Lady Falcons are officially done with the first half of 32-6A play and were certainly put through the ringer. Here is what transpired throughout the first half of 32-6A play
After a 21-7 Non-District, the Lady Falcons began District against the Brownsville Rivera Lady Raiders. In what has become quite the rivalry in the past few years, the Lady Raiders and Lady Falcons clashed in the 32-6A opener. In what was a back and forth battle, the Lady Raiders prevailed 3-2.
Now 0-1 the Lady Falcons faced off against the Weslaco Lady Panthers. Reeling after the tough loss at home, Los Fresnos turned things around and defeated Weslaco in a sweep 3-0.

Continuing the momentum from their win against Weslaco, Los Fresnos would go on to defeat Brownsville Hanna in a sweep 3-0.
Los Fresnos then faced off against San Benito. In what became an exhilarating matchup. Los Fresnos and San Benito battled out, however the Lady Greyhounds would come out victorious 3-2.
Looking to bounce back from their second loss in District, the Lady Falcons defeated the Harlingen Lady Cardinals on the road in a dominant 3-1 victory.
Ending the first half of 32-6A play with a 3-2 District record. The Lady Falcons faced off against the Lady Raiders of Brownsville Rivera and pulled of a sweep win to improve to 4-2 in District.
The remaining District Schedule for Los Fresnos will be against Weslaco, Brownsville Hanna, San Benito, and Harlingen to end 32-6A play.
