Lady Falcons Capture Two More Wins

To begin the first half of 32-6A play, the Los Fresnos Lady Falcons finished 3-1. The lone loss came to Harlingen on October 8. Since then the Lady Falcons knocked off the Lady Golden Eagles in a sweep.
To begin the second half of District Play, the Lady Falcons took on the San Benito Lady Greyhounds. In the first half of district, the Lady Falcons took down San Benito 3-0 on September 28. This time around, San Benito was able to win a set. Los Fresnos still had the same plan in mind and that to defeat San Benito. The Lady Falcons took the win 3-1.
Up next were the Lady Chargers of Brownsville Veterans Memorial. The Lady Chargers and Lady Falcons last faced off October 1. Los Fresnos dominated the first meeting, defeating the Lady Chargers in a sweep 3-0. The Lady Falcons once again picked up the sweep victory 3-0.
The Lady Falcons now sit 5-1 in District Play on top of the 32-6A Standings. The Lady Falcons will take on Harlingen as well as Brownsville Hanna to wrap up the regular season in 2024.
With Harlingen falling to Brownsville Hanna in an upset, The Lady Falcons will have a chance to secure District if they can win out the regular season.
