The Los Fresnos Falcons golf program posted strong results at the District 32-6A tournament this past week, with both the girls and boys teams advancing to regional competition in San Antonio.
The girls team secured its eighth consecutive district title, continuing a dominant run within the district. Avy Martinez led the effort by winning the individual girls district title for the second year in a row.
On the boys side, the Falcons finished second overall, earning a regional berth. Levi Bennett captured the boys individual district title, contributing significantly to the team’s overall performance.
Audrey Saucedapuentes also qualified for regionals as an individual, adding to the program’s success at the tournament.
Both teams are scheduled to compete in the regional tournament this week in San Antonio, where they will face top competition from across the state.
Los Fresnos’ continued success at the district level positions them as a program to watch in the regional round.
