Falcon Baseball Remains Perfect

The Los Fresnos Falcons Baseball team remains perfect throughout 32-6A action, Holding onto a 3-0 district record, Los Fresnos has already swept the San Benito Greyhounds with dominant wins. And After racking up a big win over the Donna North Chiefs 13-2. The Falcons are on a mission to capture a District Title.


So after the Donna North Series, What is in store for Los Fresnos for the remainder of 2022? The Falcons will begin their series against the Rivera Raiders on March 29 through April 1st. Then arguably the two biggest series’ will be against Weslaco on April 5th and April 8. Following Weslaco, the Falcons will take on Harlingen on April 12 and April 14. Los Fresnos will then take on the Hanna Golden Eagles on April 19 and April 22. The Final Series of the regular season for Los Fresnos will be against Harlingen South on April 26 and April 29.


Of course, Los Fresnos was a major favorite to capture the 32-6A District Title. Currently, at a 3-0 district record, The Falcons boast a strong core led by the senior duo of Matthew Padilla and Hector Muniz. Josh Munoz, Luis Lucio, Juan Garcia, and Roel Gonzalez also lead the way for Rene Morales’ ballclub who look to repeat the success of the 2021 Postseason which consisted of the Regional Final appearance.
